We want you to love your All Time Low gear, but if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour merchandise and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

Print Your Label

Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off & Refund

Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
